1. The lens need to be manually focused and adjusted after connection. The camera will automatically calculate how much light need to be exposed after the right shooting mode is set. 

2. The lens will be not be able to auto-focus, but can reach infinity focus; 

3. While you meet the trouble that the Shutter button can’t be pressed (or camera reminds that no lens installed), please modify the ‘Defined setting’ to be ‘Release the shutter without lens’ or ‘Aperture priority’.
