1).all of our machines are under one year guarantee period. and our CNC controlling system enjoy 3 years guarantee , everlasting technical support.
2).we have many distributor and local agent in your country, who can do on-site after-sale service. we can also dispatch our technician to your factory for big problem shooting in case of big problems.
3. How can we learn to operate your machine?
1)you can send people to our factory to get training of how to use machine before delivering machine. or we are requested to send technician to your factory to do commissioning and basic training.
2). after commissioning , if you still not very skillful of the operation, we can give you online camera video training.
3). our sales team was 24 hours on-line for pre-sale, and after sale service. you can contact us at any time.
4. What is your payment term and Incoterm ?
1)we accept payment term as L/C and TT.
2) we accept Incoterm as Ex-works, FOB ,CNF and CIF.
