Brewhouse system        

The brewhouse system is composed of mash tun/ lauter tank, kettle,/whirlpool, , hot water tank, hops back,

plate heat exchanger with oxygenation device, wort pump etc.

The water and wort step heating is controlled by Digital Display program and completed automatically.

Two ways of plate heat exchanger cooling: single stage cooling & two stage cooling.

       Cooling System       

The Cooling system is composed of Ice water tank, Brazing chiller and ice water pump,

The water step cooling is controlled by Digital Display program and completed automatically.  

Cooling structure is dimple plate jacket.

         Fermenter System          

Fermenter system is composed of fermenter tank, bright beer tank, yeast added tank, etc.

The tradtional design of the fermenter’s cylinder and cone is double-jacket, the seal head is single-jacket, based on the original design,

we have developed the energy-saving equipment with double jacket seal head, favored by customers.

The bright beer tank has 2 type good ability: 1. Filter the beer and get the clear wort. 2. Secondary fermentation.

      Control System      

Digital Display semi-automatic controller: Simple operation, easy maintenance.

Cabinet material: stainless steel ;

Function: Show brewhouse tanks temperature, turn on/off all motors and pumps by button, control all fermenters/BBTs

 /glycol tanks temperature, chillers soft start, supply power for CIP cleaning system and so on.

 We have two ways for customer's equipment packages.

1. Standard export wooden box packing the 2-4 tanks for customer.

2. home use 100l mini micro beer brewery equipment  package in one 20ft container: 

• Brewhouse: mash/lauter tun + Lauter tun + Heating exchanger
• Fermenter tank + bright beer tank
• Ice water tank + Chiller.
• Pumps +Miller+ Accessories.

All parts loading in one 20ft container.

-Training at Supplier how to set up the system

1. we will install the equipment in our factory , and testing the equipment working situation,at the same time, we have worker will take the installion video for you ,

our service team provide on line install guide.

( provide install drawing for customer reference.)

2. we are welcome customer visiting our factory, after the equipment production finished, the customer can come to Jinan,

We are happy to demonstrate live installation and winemaking for our customers.  ( provide install drawing for customer reference.)

3. we have the after-sales service team, they can fly to your local helping  install.

-Training at Supplier how to maintain the system

1. We will inform the customer of the use of equipment precautions, and provide spare parts before the equipment transport.

2. The contact must be numbered and kept in the user's file.he sales staff regularly contact the customer,  provide the appropriate technical guidance.

3.The after-sale personnel have received uniform training and there is round-the telephone service -Clock aftermarket,

ensuring that the problems raised by customers are resolved in time.

-How the service will be arranged?

1. The buyer and seller sign a trade contract and the terms of the contract are negotiated by both parties.

2. Trade terms are constructed by Chinese and English bilinguals to prevent the occurrence of unclear terms,

3. All the terms of the service in the trade contract embodied, to ensure that customers enjoy the services.

4. Trade contract with official seal and general manager of the company signed.
