A: It's depends on how the performance and take up package formed, if the take up package formed well, then you can increase the speed, normal winding machine is 600-800m/min
Q: My bobbin is some kind of special, is that workable on the machine?
A: We will make the spindle head base on the bobbin that customer provide.
Q: The yarn always break, how to solve it?
A: 1. Check the tension first, if the tension is too big, just reduce some weight
2.Check the yarn whether it's in the right path.
3.Check the quality of yarn, sometimes yarn breakage due to the weak yarn
Q: How to solve the problem if the package become too hard and start bounce?
A: Try to reduce the tension or speed
Q: Does your machine shake when full load running?
A: No, our machine frame is very strong, it's quite stable
