Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment. We usually offer FOB Ningbo price. But we also accept other methods like L/C . We accept Western Union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.
Q6. Is it easy to operate and what can I do if I experience any difficulty?
Firstly,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man. We will send a technician to your factory to do training and you are welcome to send your staff come to learn the machine operation at our company. We supply an operation manual for each machine. If something does go wrong, you can call us, video-chat ,email us etc. We will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer can be sent to your factory if needed.
Q7.Availability of spare parts?
We will supply the most commonly needed parts. There rests have the warranty for 1 year.
Q8. What is the guarantee and maintenance period?
The guarantee period is one year after the installation and adjustment. We guarantee that the equipment is accordance with the function and requirement without manufacturing defects.

Yes, free for 15 days. Initial training and set up. After that we do have engineers available to travel.
