1. Delivery time
5-7 weeks after confirmation of deposit
2. Payment
30% T/T as deposit and 70% T/T before delivery of goods. Others like L/C etc.
3. Package
One piece or one set per standard export carton, usually 85%SKD. 50%SKD, 95%SKD or 100%CKD as per customer requested.
4. Loading port
Ningbo, Shanghai, Tianjin or other ports as requested.
5. Warranty
One year guarantee for lithium battery.

Q1: What’s the lead time?
A1: It depends on the order quantity, usually it takes 4-7 weeks.
Q2: What is the MOQ(minimum order quantity)?
A2: It depends on the model of products, generally the MOQ is 100pcs.
Q3: Can we get a sample before bulk order?
A3: Yes, sample will be provided upon confirmation of sample fees, which is refunded when mass order reaches certain quantity.
Q4: What color can we get?
A4: Generally, any color is possible once MOQ is reached. Please send the Panton color number.
Q5: Can we have different components?
A5: Yes, but the price and lead time may change slightly. Details will be confirmed by specification sheet
Q6: How is the quality of the bike?

Q7: What’s the payment terms?
