Function:

     This bottler is mainly used to fill propane, butane, Freon, dimethyl ether, carbon dioxide,

nitrogen, oxygen, compressed air and 134a, etc. The main seals are made of imputed material. Filling can be made with various valves. A large capacity booster pump is used for bidirectional  pressurization. Therefore, filling is quick and metering is accurate.

 Feature:

This machine combines the liquid filling, crimping and gas filling into one single working table. It saves working space and labor cost, only one operator is needed.All the pneumatic valves are international Metalwork brand from Italy, result in an stable and reliable running, the liquid dosing and gas metering parts are all stainless steel 316 manufactured by CNC machine process. This machine is an ideal option for aerosol products new beginners, laboratory purpose or R&D for new products research and formulation optimization.
