Principle

Automatic Mixer--> Auto Feeder--> Extruder--> Water Cooling System--> Auto Cutting Machine

 

Operation procedures:

1, Add the raw material, automatic mixer mixing and PE powder activated carbon by a percentage.

2, Automatic feeding machine automatically join the uniform mixing of raw materials.

3, Control the rate of raw materials into the extruder and the temperature of the extruder, activated carbon filter molding.

4, Activated carbon filter is automatically entered into automatic cutting machine, automatic cutting according to set good parameters.
