The DS-150 uses a series of specially-designed brass nozzles to atomize water droplets within arange of 30-300 microns, the optimum size for particle attraction and coverage area, then launches them with a powerful (90 KW)axial fan.

 

The ducted fan generates 4500 cubic meters of air flow per minute through the barrel, giving the unit a range of more than 150 meters.
