HDPE heat shrink wraparound sleeve for pipelines 3LPE heat shrinkable sleeve

3LPE heat shrinkable sleeve with a separate closure patch is mainly used for underground pipeline field joint coating and thermal insulated pipelines.
 3LPE heat shrinkable sleeve HSS bonds the steel substrate, FBE primer and plant-applied polyethylene coatings excellently to form a continuous and durable corrosion protection system on the pipeline.

The inner layer is two-components epoxy primer which coated on steel pipe;

Intermediate level is special high temperature hot melt adhesive ;

Outer layer of CYG 3LPE heat shrinkable sleeve is modified radiation cross-linked polyethylene sleeve. CYG HDPE heat shrinkable wraparound sleeve for field joint provides great corrosion protection, Superior resistance to Cathodic Disbondment and excellent durability against abrasion and chemical attack.
