Packing & Delivery

We spread anticorrosive oil on the surface of the mould and then cover with plastic film.
Finally, it is put in the wooden case.
Special package is available if it is needed.

1. Quote	According to sample, drawing and specific requirement.

2. Discussion	Mold material, cavity number, runner type, payment, etc.

3. S/C Signature	Approval for all the items.

4. Advance	Pay 40% by T/T.

5.Product Design Checking	We check the product design. If some position is not proper, we will send custo--mer a report.

6. Mould Design	We make mould design on the basis of confirmed product design, and send the design to customer for confirmation.
↓
7. Mold Tooling	We start to make mold after mold design confirmed.
↓
8. Mold Processing	Send processing photos to customer.
↓
9. Mold Testing	Send trial samples and try-out report to customer for confirmation.
↓
10. Mold Modification	According to customer's feedback.
↓
11. Balance settlement	60% by T/T after the customer approved the trial sample and mould quality.
↓
12. Delivery	Delivery by sea or air. The forwarder can be designated by your side.

Where is your factory?
We locate in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China mainland. 50 minutes from Luqiao Airport. 10 minutes from Taizhou Railway Station. We warmly welcome you visiting our factory, and we would pick you up to our place.

How about your quality control?
We have professional team to control mould quality, since we realize that quality control is the first priority to run business.

What's your lead time?
For most mould, 45 to 60 working days ( not including Chinese official holidays ) after deposit received and mould drawings approved.

What type of process do you use on mould surface?

3) Plating treatment on the core and cavity.

How to approval samples?

1) You can come to have the mould test directly.
2) We could send samples & mould running video to you.
