About this production line ,among which ,Glue spreading-overlaying-daying Machine and Glazing Machine are equipment which will give the advanced processing to the boarad .the above two machine s can overlay and glaze the magnesium oxide board or orinary wood board . The Glue spreading-overlaying-daying Machine can overlay wood-grain paper,PVC film .The Glazing Machine will glaze the overlaied board with wood-grain paper,and make the board with bright light or dull light .The above processing will replace former painting working processing .(because the wood-grain paper is not wearable and it has no gloss degree)
Technoloy features
There is not any requirement about high temperature and high pressure during production processing .the boarad will be formed at one time after roller-extruding under the conditions of normal temperation and normal pressure .this is a green environmental-protection project, because that there is no waste water ,waste materials and waste gas during its production processing .the finised board don’t need high temperature drying ,air-drying and watering ,and under the normal temperature ,they will dry well indoor .

Production line for mgo board with fashionable design ,reasonable structure, stable running manufactures even thickness board in large production once through double ways roll-in technology .This production line is equipped with shaking device which can remove inside and outside air bubble .so our board is more compact .in addition,we use the no-woven cloth as the separating film to increase the toughness and the strength of the board .The machine can be adjusted arbitrarily ,and then produce the board with the thickness of 2-25mm,the biggest width of 1,300mm and unlimited length .so you can adjust the thickness of board at will.
