Q1.What material is the tent made from?

A: Body fabric: 420D Polyester ripstop, W/R, waterproof 2000mm, mould & midew proof, UV

     Rianfly fabric: 420D Polyester Oxford with taped seams and PU coated

Q2. Is the ladder on this product adjustable?  what's the length?

A:The ladder can be adjusted lower by adjustable holes.For our stand lenght, the telescopic is 75-230cm, and the sliding ladder is 120-210cm( If you wish to extend the ladder, Sudnay Campers offers a extension ladder that can be purchased separately). 

Q3. What is the hight of the annex room?

A:The standard height is 190cm, but we also accept the customized height that depends on your vehicle. 

Q4. Is this a 4 season tent and will a lower annex be available for it?

A:Yes, it's 4 season tent. And we also accept the customzied order, so the lower annex is accept.

Q5. Does this tent require a single or double cross bars to mount?

A:Two parallel bars are required. there is a very good installation video on youtube.
