A: Kindly pls send us you order by email or Fax, we will confirm the PI with you. we wish to know the followings: Delivery information-company name, address, phone/fax number, destination, transportation way; Product information :item number, size, quantity, or any requirements, etc.
3. Q: What's the shipping method and shipping time?
A: The products could be shipped by Sea, by Air, and by Express. which methods to be used is based on the weight and size of the package, and with consideration of customer's requirements. by sea 20-30days; by air 5-8days; by express 3-5days.
4. Q: What's the Payment method?
A: Western union, T/T totally or 30% deposit before production, the balance before delivery. We suggest you transfer the full values at one time. Cause there is bank process fee, it would be a lot of money if you make twice transfer.

A: yeah, most of our product passed CE, ROHS, TUV, CCC, UL etc.
6. Q: What's the warranty ?
