(1)Question:Construction method of fluorocarbon paint:

Answer:

1,coated surfaces or Sa2.5 or St3 manual derusting sandblasting, the fluorocarbon paint according to the provisions of the proportion with paint stirring can be used evenly placed after 10 minutes, with special thinner to dilute the  paint, spray, brush, dry construction equipment.
2, to avoid the sun, wind and rain days of construction, with a good paint should be within 8 hours after the gel so as not to waste the remaining paint to cover tightly lid, stored in a cool and dry place.                 
3, each coat interval should be more than 24h, the last 7-15 days after finishing coat maintenance use.

(2)Question:Safety measures for construction of fluorocarbon paint

Answer:

1, the construction site to ensure good ventilation, construction site is strictly prohibited fireworks.
2, construction personnel should be according to the construction standard construction, avoid skin and eye contact  paint. If the paint is exposed to the skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
