This series products is mainly used for filling cement and also other powder or granular material with good fluid performance into bags, in operating process, except bag inserted manually, the other operations can be continuously, automatically completed such as pouring, weighing and falling bag down etc and the packer’s control mechanism adopts cylinders as executing elements,when the bag is inserted well,the approaching switch gets turn on signal and actuated the feeder’s motor , the flashboard is opened and then begin to filling cement if bags fall down accidently ,when filling, can stop the motor and then close the flashboard,so that realize that if not inserted bag,doesn’t begin filling cement and stop filling cement when bags fall down accidently.and add two times stop flashboard function in order to realize coarse and fine flow filling and reduce the influence of wallop to weighing accuracy before finishing filling to make the weighing accuracy is stable and it has high filling speed,high output ect characteristics and the new type of packer’s output is higher than the same other kind packer and has rational structure, accurate weighing, lower energy consumption, and convenient maintenance with less trouble etc excellences. Because of Its flashboard’s bidirectional seal device to make the flashboard doesn’t leakage cement when the flashboard moving.
