DD-906 HPEG2400
1.HPEG is produced by high active catalyst and special
process, which makes it in light color appearance.
2.HPEG has good selectivity, high double bond retention
rate, which can dramatically increase the yield of the water reducer, thus reduce the production cost of the water reducer.
CharacteristIcs
1. The water reducer from HPEG2400 has good adaptability to cements.
2. Compared with other polycarboxylate materials, the production cost of water reducer from HPEG is greatly reduced.
3. The water reducing rate of the water reducer (solid content 22%) from HPEG is amount to 30% under 1.1%
concrete addition.
4. The water reducer from HPEG is characterized by early strength, high-strength, the early strength and 28 days’
strength of the concrete is greatly improved, compressive strength ratio %: 1 Day ≥180: 7 Days≥170; 28 Days≥ 150.
5. The water reducer from HPEG has high durability,reduces shrinkage and creep.
