superplasticizer developed by our company with DD-908 (modified HPEG with average molecular weight 3000) as main raw material.

It is based on the action between polycarboxylate superplasticizer molecule and cement, designing special structure molecule of polycarboxylate to promote combination of granules of cements and hydrone to consummate hydrating and enhance the initial strength.

Characteristics
Wide adaptability to kinds of cements, gravels and sands, with high water reducing ratio, apply to precast concrete, especially in tubular pile precast . It can bright and clean the surface of concrete. It’s suitable for pumping with small pore and low viscosity. With stable performance, it’s widely used in all kinds of concrete projects and cement product, which is sold well in domestic and abroad market.
Application
SPS-04 can be widely used in all kinds of precast concrete, early strength and high early-strength concrete.
Usage:
1. Recommended dosage ( by binding materials’ weight) is 0.35%-0.65% (on the base of 50% solid content). The optimum dosage is according to the real project conditions and actual materials.
2. Compatibility test should be done in advance when used with other additives.
3. Precise measurement avoids repeat dosage, seep dosage and errors.

Storage and Safety
1. SPS-04 should be stored at temperature from 0℃-40℃. Keep out of sun, rain, impurity. Avoid evaporation of water.
2. Shelf time: half year. Retest should be done when it is beyond validity, and can be used when it’s qualified.
3. SPS-04 is non-toxic, non-polluting and non-edible. Avoid touching with eyes and skin-allergy people. If touching , should clear with water and timely go to see doctor.
