Caught in South American waters, we supply frozen whole lobsters and tails in various sizes.

 

Spiny Lobster, Panilirus argus, is found in the Western tropical atlantic from Florida to South America. Spiny lobsters live in coastal shallow waters on the rocky bottoms in between patches of sand and mud.

 

They are famed for their fleshy tails. The tails are often grilled, with the meat fluffed for easy access.

 

Spiny lobsters are frozen in raw tails and meat, as well as whole (either blanched or fully cooked). These warmwater lobster tails will be smooth and have a spotted, greenish shell. Spiny lobsters have a soft texture, delicate flavor, and are frequently marketed as warmwater tails.
