1. Two furnaces for heating, pre-heating and heating section, heating efficiency is high and the productivity is 1.6 to 1.8 times more than the single chamber furnace.
2. Independent heating elements for pre-heating and heating section, glass enters pre-heating section then heating section for fully heated.
3. Pre-heating could improve rate of finished products by evenly heating the glass
4. Heating types of two sections could be : Radiation heating+ Radiation heating, Forced convection heating+ Radiation heating, Forced convection heating+Forced convection heating
