1 Applicable to various fabrics
It adopts specially designed nozzle structure. It can make fabrics in loose and expanded conditions all the time and solve the dyeing problems for the fabrics with large density and sensitive colors and that are easy to cause folding.
2 Time and energy saving, combining new technologies
1) The vertical heat exchanger as well as nice and efficient configurations can drain condensed water and dye liquid instantly and reduce the time duration in the shifting between hot and cold water. Meanwhile, it can avoid the formation of water scale. Extend the service life of heat exchanger, and reduce time and energy.
2) The integration of automatic stripper and cotton collector can save installing space, reduce the amount of dye liquid used and shorten the duration of manual stripping.
3) The optimization of main pump inlet pipe can ensure lower port and less water consumption.
4) Compared with the dye vat of the same model, U-shaped fabrics tank and cross configuration can reduce costs and increase the load by 20%.
5) Unique fabric flowing tube with nozzle can reduce washing time and water consumption.
The whole process time for dyeing using purified cotton reactive dyes is approximately:

With low liquor ratio of 1:1.5 at the lowest speed (excluding the fabrics containing moisture), the water consumption by fabrics per KG is the whole process of dyeing using purified cotton reactive dyes is approximately: 

light color: 27.2 KG
Intermediate color: 37.5 KG
Dark color: 47.4KG
4 Good and stable repeatability
Leading dyeing control system, in combination with dually balancing flow feeding system as well as constant pressure and flow rate nozzle control can ensure fabrics dyeing to achieve a good dye uniformity and high repeatability.
5 Ergonomics vat design
Lowering the machine and operating height, abandoning huge workbench, convenient for operation. Unique bottom design functions can effectively reduce water storage and liquor ratio.
6 Unique main vat circulation systems can make the temperature difference control of the vat and evenness of feeding controlled at optimum conditions.
7 Rotting spray is adopted for main vat cleaning and the whole vat is within the range of cleaning, ensure more complete cleaning.
