This type of new crane was designed and produced in 2008, the advantages are as below,
A. This type of crane can be rotated for 360 degrees which can solve the problems of the rope twisting and difficulty in rotation during the work.
B. The winching part changes the disadvantage of the short lifespan of the turbine reducer to make the electromagnetic braking motor much more powerful.
C. This crane can be used for 220v and 380v electricity. And the main engine can be take off for sole usage.
D. The 220v electricity type is designed with the clutch device to win the fast speed when falling down to improve the efficiency.
E. The most important is that the rotation part is installed with the automatic positioning device which will be much more safe.

A. We apply with the standard channel steel and weld together, the standing column position is designed in the right front of the bottom seat, which can guarantee the stability of the bottom seat and make the rotation arms spread much more longer. B. We guarantee each connection point has 3 welding points at least, all the balancing pressure pipes become much more thicker and longer. C. We use the high quality steel pipe with the thickness of 3.25-3.5mm, the 2 pieces of the flange plates located up and down the column are all use the low carbon steel material with the thickness of 10mm. D. All the accessories get together after the precision punching and processing, which apply with the fully automatic welding equipment and weld together in one time. It guarantees the vertical degree of the standing column, what’s more, it also make all the welded accessories get to the highest welding density and has a even and beautiful welding points. E. The main bearing adopts the precision processing of numerical control lathe, the top threaded part is equipped with 2 pieces of high-density screws, so it will be much more safe. |
