Rustoper (corrosion terminator) VCI anti-rust rope is a kind of flexible gas phase anti-rust material after dealing the base paper with a series of production processing, like rust prevention, cutting and toughening. It is a new development and breakthrough in the VCI anti-rust application field.
VCI rope could sublimate and diffuse to adhere to the metal surface and form a single molecule thick protection film layer in a sealed space through itself constant volatilization of VCI corrosion inhibition factors . This not only prevents atmospheric corrosion factors in direct contact with the metal surface but also stopping the displacement movement of electron flow in different energy area, so as to effectively avoid the generating of rust.

Custody and Storage:
With sealed package, it shall be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunshine and no contact with sources of ignition and corrosive materials. The quality guarantee period shall be twelve months from the date of delivery.
Application Method:
1.Before using VCI anti-rust rope, the surface of the metal parts needed protection should be clean and dry.
2.Cutting out the required specification and length’s VCI rope according to the need. And please insert the anti-rust rope into the cavity from the port and seal the port.
3.Pull out the anti-rust rope directly after unsealing the port. There is no need to do the subsequent cleaning if without special requirements.
