Product Description
The 3D printing equipment adopts technology of fused deposition modeling.
Below are the main advantages:
1. Large print size: print size 1000*1000*1000mm, color and logo can be customized .
2. Support most normal temperature filaments, including most PLA and its compound filaments, modified ABS, PVA, TPU, PETG, etc.;
3. Single layer metal plate enclosed keeping-warm structure, normal temperature nozzle(maximum temperature 260℃), hotbed maximum temperature 110℃, and inner chamber maximum constant temperature 50℃(error±5℃);
4. Stable structure and industrial transmission parts: the XYZ axis adopt industrial linear guide rail and professional drive motor, fixed hotbed plate, single-layer metal enclosed structure and 30*30mm aluminum profile frame;
5. Effectively decrease printed model’s edge warping: it adopts silicone heating plate, which can be heated to maximum 110 ℃, and that ensure filaments can stick to hotbed tightly. Most of all, the plate can heat inner chamber to maximum constant temperature 50℃, which obviously relieve effect of thermal expansion and cold shrinkage, consequently, printed model’s edge warping is effectively decrease;
6. Customized special functions: print resuming, filament-supply detecting, automatic shutdown, air filter, WIFI control, etc.;
7. Machine structure design: metal plate paint spraying(white and orange color), opaque smooth surface, chassis has pulley, built-in white LED lighting, chassis design is convenient for forklift, built in double filaments supply.
8. Automatic bed leveling system;
9. High flow 2.85mm extrusion head is optional, max extrusion rate is 1kg per hour.
