Description
Spraye concrete/shotcrete:
It is a gerneral construction method that be used for sturcture reinforcement by spraying concrete to structure surface with gun sprayer.It is widely successfully used in mines, tunnels, and other civil engineering structures ect.
Two common preparation method of sprayed concrete:
Method one: Dry mixed method
It is a method for spraying water by using compressed air and delivering the accelerator to the nozzle and mixing with the pressure water. This method must be operated by skilled personnel, water cement ratio should be small, gravel with continuous gradation, particle size should not be too large, the amount of cement should not be too small, generally get 28 ~34 MPa of concrete strength and good adhesion. However, due to large jet velocity, dust pollution and rebound situation is more serious, this method has certain restrictions.
Method two: Wet mix method of spraying concrete
This method you need to prepare the proportional cement, sand, stone, admixture mix with suitable water in advance, and load it to shot machine, then sent it to mix with accelerating agent in nozzle by high pressure air.
It is more efficiency and environmental comparing to dry mix sprayed method. However, due to the large water ratio to material, concrete's early strength is low. Usually used in lining and supporting of rock carvern, tunnels,underground construction, mine road etc.
Polar bear accelerating agent
It is a concrete admixture used in wet mix method, repalce the accelerator agent in nozzle, and improve both early and late strength of concrete, disolve the gerneral problem that sprayed concrete usual has low early strength. Besides, it can repalce the portland cement consumption directly, which can also reduce cost in a way.
