Cheese Vat
A cheese vat is a round vat where the curd is moulded and cut in the cheese making process. Cheese vats have been designed to maximize yield and usability. Shanghai Beyond Company works closely with customers to ensure that the design of their cheese vats suit their production and location requirements. Vats can vary in sizes anything from 100lt up to 1,500lt. They also come in various sizes and shapes with either standard mixing blades or cutting blades all custom designed to suit the users design and usability.

Dairy Processing Line
In the dairy, raw milk passes through several stages of treatment in various types of processing equipment before reaching the consumer in the form of a finished, refined product. Production usually takes place continuously in a closed process, where the main components are connected by a system of pipes. The type of treatment involved and the design of the process depend on the end product.
We supply milk turnkey projects for various kinds of  dairy products such as pasteurized milk, UHT milk, yogurt, flavored milk, cheese, butter, etc.
The capacity we can supply for you is 1000LPH-400TPD. Raw material starting from fresh raw milk or milk powder.
Fruit Processing Line
A large variety of fruits can be used to obtain by the appropriate technological process different kinds of semi – finished product starting from fresh fruits just harvested from field or stored in controlled atmosphere warehouses. The ripeness degree, the freshness and the cleanness of the raw materials are very important to obtain a high quality juice.
A fruit juice can be considered a suspension of water, sugars (manly: glucose – fructose – sucrose), acids, essences, vitamins, proteins, minerals, pigments and pectic-substances.
The most common semi – finished products are:
1. Puree’ single strength or concentrate; 2. Cloudy or pulpy juices single strength or concentrate (which contain insoluble solid particles); 3. Clear juice single strength or concentrate (without the insoluble substances)

Stainless Steel Tank Series
Mainly used in liquid food business such as milk, dairy, fruit juice, beverage and drinks etc. Various kinds of SUS tanks meet different functions like storage, mixing, preparing, blending, heating, sterilizing, fermentation, cooling, emulsification and dissolving etc. Tank capacity and structures can be customized as actual requirements.
Sterilizing and Pasteurization Equipment 
We could provide you plate pasteurizer and turbular pasteurizer in different external shapes with semi-auto and full-auto control type. Our pasteurizer is made to be 500 Liters per hour as the smallest capacity. As for sterilizing temperature, we have 100℃, 120℃, 141℃. These three kinds of sterilizer can meet different applications.
It is used in liquid food sterilizing processing such as fresh milk, beverage, fruit juice, drinks, honery, etc.
