1.Do you have your own factory? Can you do OEM service? 

 A:Yes, We have our own professional factory in china. We can private client on the machine and package. Like color, logo, cord length, plug, voltage, request temperature ect. We can do it as you want.

5.What is the MOQ for your product? 

 A:Normally our MOQ for each electric product is 1000pcs, if you want to place the trial order, we can accept 500pcs. For some special production we also can supply MOQ less than 3000pcs.

6.What is the lead time for mass production? 

 A:It depends on your content and the season you place the order, nomally the lead time is 30-40 days within 20000pcs.

7.What is the payment term? 

 A:Normally we accept T/T(30% deposit before production and the balanced before shipment), also if request make L/C or other payment term, we can discuss.

8.Can you arrange shipment? 

 A:Yes, we can arrange shipment by boat, by air or express as your request, we have good cooperation with shipping agent.

9.Will you supply samples for test the quality? 

 A:We are honored to offer you samples, the sample charge and shipping cost will be pay by buyer, you can pay from Paypal, TT and Western Union, normally the samples can be ready in 3-7 days. We can refund the money when you place the order.
