3. What is your delivery time for this order?
Normally our delivery time is 30-35days, but if we have the goods you want in our stock, then the delivery time will be in about two weeks or less.
4. Can you produce fittings according to drawings?
Yes, of course. We can do the OEM and ODM. And your own logo is available too.
5. Are you casting by yourself?
Yes, we are. We have our own casting factory, so if you want us to do some special design goods, our casting engineer will make the drawing for you according to your request.
6. Can you send me samples then I can feel your quality?
Yes, of course. FREE samples are available.
7. What is your main market?
Our goods are sold mostly to some European countries, such as Germany, Italy, Poland, UK... and we also sale to Australian and Africa a lot.
8. What is your payment condition?
Our payment condition is 30%&70%. After we signed the contract both side the buyer need to arrange the 30% deposit for us. After we get the advance we will start the production right now. When we finish, buyer can send his/her QC agent to check the goods. Buyer need to pay the balance before we dispatch the goods.
9. Can you help me to get my order's quality test report before shipping?
Yes, we can send your order Items to the test office to do get the report like SGS test official office.
10. How many fittings do you do in one month?
Punching fittings we can do more than 100000pieces a month, casting fittings we can do more than 50000pieces a month.
