1.1. Interview

Singleline automatic centralized lubrication system (hereinafter referred to as Single ACLS) is a main type for lubrication. It delivers the grease into each lube points via singleline distributors. The system has the features of easy installation and convenient detection. It has been widely applied in wind turbine, porting machinery,frrous metallurgy,and construction machinery, etc.

 

There are indicating stems on singleline distributors monitoring the working status of the whole system. The grease amount delivered into lube points can be controlled by the stroke times of distributor piston which is set by AK07 monitor. The grease amount is not affected by temperature, pressure and tubing length etc. avoiding the defects that grease amount due to time control is easy affected from circumstance.

1.2.Composition

The system is composed of grease pump, singleline distributors, pressure switch, monitor, supply line, feed lines, and wiring harness etc.

 

1.3.Working Principle

The monitor sets operating data. When the off time counts to zero, the grease pump begins to work, Through the supply line, the pressurized grease enters into the auxiliary unloading valve in front of the singleline distributor group. The pressure keeps rising until the auxiliary unloading valve is open. The pressurized grease pushes the valve spool inside the auxiliary unloading valve to an extreme position, and enters into the singleline distributor group.

As the pressure in the supply line is rising to the sum of distributor opening pressure and resistance of the corresponding feed lines, the two-position three-way valves in the singleline distributor open the main channels and block the side channels. Pressurized grease pushes the distributor piston to the extreme position and transports the preset amount of grease in the metering chamber to the lube points, then the whole lubricating process is finished.

When each lube point has received grease, the pressure in the supply line keeps rising to the value which can activate a pressure switch, then the signal of reaching the preset pressure is sent back to the monitor and 1 is added to the lube times.

After a certain period of pressure maintaining, the monitor stops working and the system enters the stage of metering grease storage; then the grease pump stops working and open the unloading valve. The supply line begins to depressurize until it reaches the return pressure of the auxiliary unloading valve. The auxiliary unloading valve returns and unloads the pressure. Then the two-position three-way valve in the single-line distributor returns to its original position, blocking the main channel and opening the side channels. The piston of the singleline distributor returns to its original position and pushes the grease of the lower chamber into the metering chamber.

Then the grease storage is finished and the system enters into the next cycle.
