Features:
Material: stainless steel grade 304
Construction: perforated side panel and welded wire mesh bottom
Bottom: composed of a 6*6mm square welded mesh in 1mm stainless steel wire
Sides: made of stainless steel perforated sheets of 1mm in thickness, holes size: 2mm in diameter.
Surface processing: electropolishing
Handles: drop-type, made of 5mm stainless steel wire
Top rim: made of 6mm stainless steel wire, ensure the baskets are stackable.
Bottom rim:made of 5mm stainless steel wire, reinforce the basket for heavy set storage and also working as a stacking rim.
Corner: rounded, offers better protection to the packaging.
Usage: to be used with sterile containers and single use wrapping material as well.
Note: No lids available for PW sery stainless steel sterilization basket.
Advantages:
1 Made from stainless steel 304, with excellent performance of corrosion resistance, and bacteria not easy to breed;
2 Ensure good washing and drying process due to the ultra fine perforated side panel and large bottom mesh size;
3 Keep surgical instruments from damage because of the 2mm small openings on the side frames;
4 The round corner and burr free surface offer better protection to sterilization container inner side walls, wrapping material and sliding more easily into pouches;
5 Precludes hollows or cavaties, giving no chance for dirt accumulation;
6 Loading capacity of 15 kgs due to the reinforced basket bottom.
