2. How would you help me if I don't have experience in lighting solution? - Our professional sales team and engineers will provide various custom hotel lighting solution before we start your project within your budget etc. Award-winning design team is also helping from domestic and abroad.
3. Can you provide free sample? We’ll provide free drawings and free material samples, for customized items, sample will be provided chargeable.
4. Have you served USA , Canada and European hotels before? - Yes, for the past 12 years, we supplied a lot of Hilton, Marriott, Choice, Best Western etc in USA, Canada and Europeancountries.
5. How do you do quality control? - As a reliable hotel lighting supplier, we have 6 workshop sections, each section hiring experienced Q/C. The clear responsibility management system makes sure every product is qualified before shipping out.
6. What's your payment term? - 30% T/T in advance, the balance should be paid before shipment. Other payment terms negotiable.
7.How about the packaging? - Assembled or knock-down packing. Packed in project packing with five layers (Soft foam rapping, Corner protectors, Hard Foam, Carton Box with proper shipping marks, more packing processing according to customer requirements).
8. What's your lead time ? - Usually it will take 3 weeks for samples; mass orders 5-7 weeks after deposit, depending on whether need to open tooling. If need to open exclusive tooling, it may take a little longer.
