GJC40-17 cementing skid is mainly used for the cementing work in depth well , middle depth well and shallow well . It can realize the procedure of slurry automatically production , slurry injection , mud displacement ,pumping , and it can be used for well washing and the fracturing working for shallow well .
GJC 40-17 cementing skid is on a self-propelled skid with one horizontal triplex plunger pump .The plunger pump is driven by engine on skid when working and is driven by engine on skid when moving . The skid is equipped with slurry mixing system and is with re-circulation function . The whole skid consists of circuit system , hydraulic system , air system and mechanical transmission system . All the control system are on the control panel , highly automatic and can be operated by one person .
