Sublimation
Sublimation is the process by which an image printed on paper is transferred to another surface( or substrate). Unlike conventional inks, sublimation inks are converted directly from a solid to a gas under heat and pressure, causing them to bond with fibers of synthetic materials such as polyester. The molecules of ink revert to a solid state upon cooling, permanently staining the surface of the polyester.

How to pay an order
1. Send us your artwork in Ai,PDF or coreldraw format with above 300DPI
2. We check your artwork and confirm ok, then make sample
3. You pay for sample charges
4. We make samples according to your design and requirements.
5. Send your sample for checking and approval
6. You confirm quality of sample, place formal order and pay order deposit
7. We check and confirm delivery schedule then put into mass production for you
8. Finish production and inform you,arrange shipping as soon as get your balance payment

A: We accept low Quantity 100pcs for test order

A: The delivery time according to the order quantity. The sample time is usually 1-5 days.

A: Of course. We provide OEM service and we can customize according to your request. Custom design is welcome.
Q4: Can sample be free?
A: Yes, normally sample are free, but not including customized logo.
Q5: Are you manufacturer?
A: Yes, we are manufacturer. We have our own factory,established in 2003. If you need, welcome to visit our factory.
Q6: Do you sell stock products?
A: No, our products are customized according to customers' request. So we can not sell stock products with customer design to other customers.
