Are you a factory or office?

We are a factory and was found in 1996. Our factory is located in Henglan Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China.

Can I visit your factory?

Of course you can vist factoy. We produce the metal part of the lamps. We can show you how to operate the machines in our factory.

Can I get some sample?

Yes. Just let us know which item you would like to get. It can be delivered within 10 days.

How long will you delivery?

For sample order, it will takes about 10 days. For Normal order, it will takes 10-45 days after we get the deposit. It depends on your quantity.

Do you have customers in my country? Can I know their name?

Good question. We are a old brand factory, of course customers come from different countries. If you want to know the our agent name in your country, it is ok.But not the customer name.

How about the payment?

We accept T/T,Union West, Paypal. 30% of deposit, 70% balance should pay before delivery.

How about the spare parts? What can you do if there are broken lightings during shipping?

we offer 3% of the glass lampshade. If there is quality problem or broken, we will send new parts with your new order.

Where you plating or painting?

We produce the metal parts of the lighting, but need send them to Dongguan for plating and painting.
