Equipment characteristics:
1. The tank wall use advanced dimple pad as evaporator exchange heat directly with the milk inside.
2. We use France imported TECUMSEH or MANEUROP brand refrigeration compressor, which composed of full closed compressor and imported expanding valve and electromagnetism valve. The system has reliable midpoint protection device to protect the compressor being burned resulted from the overloading or system trouble.
3. Use SUS 304 or SUS316L stainless steel, with pressurization automatically rotary cleaning CIP spraying ball and Auto-stirring system.
