Product Description
This mineral water processing plant is used for purify the pure water, mineral water, and drinking water in beverages. The whole system includes the water tanks, water pumps, multi-medium filter, active carbon filter, water softener, micro filter, reverse osmosis, hollow fiber super filter, water sterilizer (ozone and U.V ray sterilizer). There are some additional machines according to the customers' requirement and the raw water quality. Characteristics: Quartz sand filter Components: Water distributor, water gather, pressure gauge, filter material, valves and so on. Filter medium: Quartz sand Specification: d2mm, d1mm, d0.5mm, d0.2mm The bigger shall be put downside and the smaller shall be put upside. Usage: It is mainly used to remove Plankton, Moss, Suspension, Colloid and so on.
Active carbon filter Components: Water distributor, water gather, pressure gauge, filter material, valves and so on. Medium: Shuck shape active carbon Usage: It is mainly used to remove strange smell, chlorine, chloride, organic mater and heavy mental, lower color and optimize water quality.
Water softener Components: Water distributor, water gather, pressure gauge, filter material, strong acid exchanging resin, solution measurement, valves and so on. Medium: Strong acid exchanging resin Usage: It is mainly used to remove the calcium and magnesium ion.
Micro filter Medium: Polypropylene film Filter precision: 0.1-5μm Usage: It is mainly used to remove the tiny impurity.
Reverse osmosisdevice is the equipment to purify the saltine water with the action of pressure difference of semi permeable membrane. It is called reverse osmosis, as it is counter to natural penetration direction. Different materials have different osmotic pressures. The reverse osmosis method to adopt larger osmotic pressures is used to obtain the purpose to separate, extract, purify and condense. The reverse osmosis machine is used to remove the germs, the harmful inorganic ion, and organic ion; remove heavy metals and salt; rearrange water structure. Rate of desalination: ≥98% It becomes the most idea equipment for the modem program of pure water, hyper pure water, and airspace water. The reverse osmosis membrane is only 0.001 micron pore size, from USA HYDRANAUTCS or DOW. We have two types of reverse osmosis, that is one stage RO and two stages RO. The one stage RO is suitable for raw water with low electrical conductivity. Two stages RO is suitable for raw water with higher electrical conductivity.
Ultrafiltration (UF) is an important water purification technology used for production of high-purity water. Ultrafiltration is effective in the removal of colloids, proteins, bacteria, and other organic molecules larger than 0.01 Micron size. Ultrafiltration is a pressure-driven purification process in which water and low molecular weight substances permeate a membrane while particles, colloids, and macromolecules are filtered. The primary removal mechanism is size exclusion. A properly designed UF cartridge allows efficient rising of ionic residue from the cleaning and rapidly returns to optimal resistivity and organic purity. *The filters are equipped with back wash system and user shall connect the pump with each filter and open relative valves to back wash.
