Q1: What is your MOQ?
A: Our standard MOQ is 2000 pcs. We can accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.
Q2: How long is the lead time of the samples?
A: For stock samples, it takes 5-7 days. For customized order, it depends on your logo and artwork styles etc., normally 7-15 days.
Q3:How long is the production lead time?
A:It takes 45 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q4: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own designer. JPG, AI, CDR or PDF are ok. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
Q5: How many colors are available?
A: It depends on the technique. Like laser only can be in just one color, ss color or black color. Heat transfer, water transfer,
