Description

The festooning wire rope system kit is used for powering horizontally moving hoists, small cranes and moving parts on machinery. The wire rope systems included wire rope, intermediate car, end clamp and hardware kit.

Step 1: Wire Rope

Combine the eyebolt, two wire rope clips, one thimble and one ball stop together on one side of wire rope and then affix the eyebolt at the required position(refer to Figure 2).

Step 2: Intermediate car installation

Install the intermediate are from the unfixed side of wire rope. Configure the other side of the wire rope(except the ball stop) the same way as noted in Step 1. Ensure that the wire rope i straight.

Step 3: End Clamp Installation

Install one end clamp to the cable access side and connect the other end clamp on the movable trolley/ hoist.

Step 4: Cable

Place the cable through the intermediate cars and end clamp.
