The weight of each Longwang sweet apricot kernel is 0.83-0.9g, each kilogram includes 1300-1500 apricot kernels.

1.Raw Apricot pit into factory

 When the apricot pit coming into factory , we will do the incoming inspection, like Moisture and basic appearance testing. 

2.Qualified Apricot Pits into Warehouse.

 After incoming inspection, qualified apricot pits will arranged by types and origins , like sweet apricot kernels from xinjiang will be located in No.3 warehouse. 

3.Key production process--- crushing worshop

Upon the order, apricot pits will be shelled by the whole crushing machine system, then we will get the yellow raw apricot kernels. Crushing Capacity : 60 tons apricot pits per day. 

4.Conveyor Machine workshop

All raw yellow apricot kernels will be transported to processing workshop by the Conveyor Machine

5.Key production process--- color sorter machine

Color Sorter Machine mainly work for collecting almost same in color and size together and removing the special apricot kernels.

6.Key production process--- metal inspection machine

Metal inspection machine mainly work for removing the metal from apricot kernels and guarantee the 100% apricot kernels.
