FONDANT MIXER MACHINE is mainly used for making fondant masses, it is simple to use fondant-beating machine. The unit has heated hopper and a jacketed barrel for cooling.
It altered the traditional operation of labor costing, low quantity and inferior quality. It mixes the stewed syrup by certain ratio. After cooling, the mixture will be made white, even and fine fondant which costs little, and obtains high quality. It is used widely in food area. Fondant can be made high quality candy such as Swiss candy, soft sandy candy. It also can be used as sorts of chocolate fillings or paste center, and used to make leisure food, tea biscuit fillings and kinds of cakes' syrup matter as well
It not only improve the output but also meets the requirements for production of many kinds of sandy candies. It can be used to produce sandy nougat, fruit chew and other kind of candies.
