Our liquid glucose is made from corn starch through double enzyme technique, liquid glucose is colourless and transparent thick liquid with moderate sweet taste and fragrance of maltose , It has been used in candy, (lollipop/soft candy/hard candy/chocolate etc),drinks, beverage and beer brewage. The main composition is glucose , maltose, maltotriose and high polysaccharide.
