1. Production:

2. Shipment:

We use 9mm and 15mm thick plywood as packing, heavy machine will be packed in high strength to keep it intact during shipment. We ship goods out from company in shortest time and book fast ship to make sure customer can get goods quickly.

3. After sales:

After shipment, we will delivery shipping documents to customer correctly and quickly. Supply one year warranty for all machines, after one year, we will still supply quick and effective after sales solution.

1. Production time: for common products: 7days; for special order: 15days.

2. Payment terms: T/T, L/C or other payment can be negotiated before shipment.

3. Shipment: sea shipment, air shipment, fast courier shipment according to customer advice.

4. Inspection and Calibration: technician do it strictly before shipment.

5. Installation: most of equipments be fixed well before shipment, we will guide installation step by step for other equipments.

6. Training: usually do it in our factory, for special requirement, can arrange technician go to customer site for training.

7. Warranty of machine: usually one year.
