1.Resin Machine
Guangyu series spraying resin machine occupied less space, easy installation and operation. The roller rubber at the top of machine keep the resin spray evenly and uniform. Paper absorb evenly, high intensity and easy for corrugated process.
Resin machine drying light box are made of high quality stainless steel, to ensure never rust under high temperature condition.
2.Cutting Machine
Complete automatic intelligent control, automatic leveling function of the paper.High precision, high cutting speed and high efficiency, low wasting rate, easy and convenient operation
3.Corrugated Machine
The corrugated machine adopt wear resistant bushing which is made of special materials, withstand high temperature, longer service life. Extend corrugated roller made of best quality heat resistance strength steel. Paper heating uniform, no deformation. Ensure even size of each piece of corrugated paper.
4.Gluing Machine
Widen anti corrosion high speed three roller gluing technology, ensure the paper glue evenly, strong cohesive force with less glue , high work efficiency and save cost . Equipped auxiliary machine has working lift platform.
5.Oven
High precision automatic intelligent temperature oven.Temperature accurate to 0.1 degree celsius.
Good heat preservation.Equipped with high pressure wind circulation system.Strong penetrability of hot air. Drying and heat dissipation evenly guarantee good curing and shape of the pad paper.
6.Sawing Machine
Aluminum alloy table, never rust,no deformation. Long service life.flexible operation, high precision paper cutting. Reducing labor cost. Special cutting blade, less burr and smooth surface.
