This BBQ grill surface gauge is for grilling or getting to the perfect searing temperature. Good for any cooking surface with stainless steel construction and a large 2.2" diameter with a wide temperature range: 100 to 800°F. Raised tabs so you can easily move it around your grill using grill tools or heat resistant gloves.

Notes:

a. The color stainless steel housing changes to brown after used on cooking surface. It will not affect the functions of thermometer.
b. Please clean the thermometer after it has been completely cooled down (Reading temperature lower than 50°C). Extreme temperature change will damage the thermometer.
c. The thermometer will be very hot during use on the cooking or grilling surface. DO NOT touch it with your hand.
d. The lens might fog during cooling down. The fog will disappear after cooled down 12 hours.

e. Do not immerce in water

Mingle Metal (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary factory of Mingle Instrument Ltd located in Buji, Shenzhen, about 35 minutes drive from Shenzhen’s border.

Currently, the factory employs 600 workers and staff and is capable of achieving monthly production of 1,000,000 units. Our manufacturing facilities are divided into three parts. One specializes in the manufacturing of metal castings, with individual departments for drilling, milling, lathing, polishing, spraying, silk-screening, etc. The other is responsible for plastic injection and finally is the assembling of parts/components and the packaging of final products.

In order to keep our products in the highest standard, all incoming raw materials will go through our internal IQC (incoming quality control) and our QA (quality assurance) team also plays an important role in achieving product quality finished products.
