       A: Generally, inner with soft plastic, blanket and foam, outside with seaworthy hard wooden crate (For common size or small size of sculptures).

Q3. What is your terms of payment?
       A: Generally, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery or based on the copy of B/L. 

Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
       A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP

Q5. How about your delivery time?
       A: Generally, about 25-45 days after receiving your advance payment. The exact delivery time depends on the products and quantity.

Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?
       A: Yes, we can, and we can even customize any sculpture based on your design or picture.

Q7. How do I know the producing progress of my ordered product?

         A: We will send you photos during the producing, or you can come to our factory directly, we will welcome your coming.

Q8. Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra?
       A: Yes, we can supply samples.

            If the sample is small and low price, we can supply you for free. But delivery cost should be paid by customer.

Q9. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

      A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. Our QUALITY and PACKAGE passed the inspection of SGS before delivery from our factory
