Double Glazing Processing Machine WLXP2000 Automatic Insulating Glass Unloading Machine is composed of PLC control system, machine-head section, transportation section, sucker-structure section, servo drive section, etc.

Feature
1. It adopts PLC control, 10 inches touch screen. The dynamical system adopts 3 servo motor drive, it is easy to operate.
2. The V belt can automatically adjust to the center position of glass thickness; The motor drives ballscrew of reduction gear to adjust the V belt.
3. The machine-head automatically goes up to the glass height; the servo motor drives the reduction gear by chain sprocket make the machine head up / down accurately to the needed height;
4. The transportation section automatically conveys the glass to the center position of sucker support.
5.The sucker support can automatically adjust at up/down by glass’s length and width.
7.The machine can save labor 2-3people,and improve the working efficiency by 2times
