1.Can we receive the free sampels ?

 Yes, we will send you the free samples of 1-10pcs for you to test the quality. but freight collect..

2.Are you factory ? can you export the goods directly ?

 Yes. we have exported the goods since 2003.  we have cooperated several  forwarding agents.

3.What is the trade terms and payment terms?

 We can accept FOB, CIF, CRF, DDP and DDA. Payment term is T/T, L/C, Western Union and Paypal. We will send the picture to you for checking .

4.How about the time of delivery ?

Generally , the lead time of MOQ is about 7days . different kinds of production with different lead time and your quantity. pls contact us for the detailed information. sometimes , we are busy with orders. 

5. What's the shipping way? 

 Regarding the small quantity order, we can send them by DHL/Fedex express which we have 35% discount and the large quantity goods are shipped by ocean shipping according to client's demands.

6. How can you ensure the quality inspection? 

As the order process, all goods test two times for each one by QC and QA before shipment.And we can supply you the picture.

7. Can you accept OEM or ODM?

 Yes, of course. And logo acceptable.
