Application
PVC pipe production line mainly used in producing various diameters and wall-thickness of PVC/UPVC/CPVC pipes for agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc.
The whole PVC pipe production line include: Material charger, SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder, pipe mould, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutter and stacker; pipe printer and PVC Pipe Belling machine for customers optional choice.
SRL-Z series PVC Powder heating cooling mixing unit, SWP series Plastic Crusher, SMF series Plastic Milling Machine/ Pulverizer are necessary auxiliary equipments.
Clients also can choose double PVC pipe production line to make small size PVC pipes from 16mm up to 50mm.
