This production line recycles copper and aluminum radiators disassembled from air conditioners and generators, and sorts out copper, iron and aluminum. The material is first coarsely crushed by a broken machine, then finely crushed by two broken machines, pulverized into materials of about 3CM length, separated by iron separation, and then separated by two specific gravity sorting, and copper and aluminum are sorted.

2. A broken machine adopts two-axis roller design, which has low noise, large torque and can break a large volume of radiator.

4. Using the two-pole specific gravity sorting, the sorting precision is improved, and the purity of copper, aluminum and iron sorted is >99%.

5. The treatment process is closed and equipped with a dust collection system to effectively control dust spillage.

First, the warranty period and scope

1. Warranty period: 12 months from the date of acceptance of the equipment (except for wear parts).

2. Warranty: During the warranty period, if the equipment fails and is damaged due to quality problems, the supplier will replace the parts or repair without compensation. Due to improper operation of the buyer or foreign matter entering, failures and other losses caused by non-quality reasons such as self-disassembly are not covered by the above warranty. During the warranty period, the equipment has an irreparable fault condition, and the seller unconditionally replaces the new parts or equipment. Wear parts are repaired or replaced according to actual use.

Second, after sales service:

After receiving the buyer's failure notice, the after-sales personnel communicated by telephone within 15 minutes, and the telephone communication could not be resolved within 2 hours. A professional repairman was dispatched to the scene for repair within 36 hours. (only for domestic)
