Opal glass, originating from Venice, Italy in the 16th century, is a kind of glass material in opaque or milky white, which can be blown into many manner of shapes.

The bottles and jars are put in cartons with dividers
The caps are put on soft plastic pallets with a big plastic bag in cartons
Cartons all are put on pallets, wrapped with plastic film
Production
Currently the output of our furnace is 15T every day. And there are two automatic lines with I.S machines both with 6 single Gob. And the daily production is 130k pcs of blank bottles or jars.

Based on considering future development, product quality and environment protection, our factory upgraded its traditional coal furnace to electric furnace which was introduced from German in 2015 and fully computerized with zero emission. The factory covers more than 10,000 square meters and produces over 70 million opal glass containers annually.

1.Samples: We provide samples if you are willing to pay for the sample and carrier cost. And once you placed order and confirm samples with only once production you will get refund on sample production fee

Q:Facrtory location?
A: Our factory is located in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province which is about 90 kilometers from Shanghai airport.

A: We focus on production of white opal glass cosmetic package.

A: Our product normally usedd on package of Cosmetic lines, Skin care lines, Medicinal makeup lines etc.
Q:Can I get free samples?
A:Yes we would like to offer a small number of free blank samples ,but the carrier cost on your side.
Q:Can I make my own design on samples?
A:Yes but we will charge on sample production and the cost depend on what kind of decoration you want. Sample production time is from 7-15 days normally. AI files (create outlines) requested.
Q:What's the decoration available?
A: Screen printing, hot stamping, spray coating, label etc on bottles and caps.
Q:Do you accept customized order ?
A:Yes including customized design on our public mould or even private mould is acceptable.
